A good quality Seal Salt which contains necessary trace elements with minimal processing is an important ingredient of good health. In my quest for finding good quality Sea Salts, I found the following two that are good quality and reasonably priced at Whole Foods Market.

Chilean wines are made with minimal or no pesticides due to the unique geography of Andes mountains creating right atmosphere where there is not much of a need to use pesticides. So, they may be the closest to organic wines without being so labeled.

I buy the Frontera Concha Y Toro Cabernet Sauvignon at BJ’s. Why Cabernet Sauvignon? Because it contains more antioxidant and resveratrol potential than other varieties of wine.

I found Eden Organic Apple Cider Vinegar at Wholefoods market to be the best in it’s category. They age organic apple juice in wooden casks to produce a superb vinegar that is slowly made to provide good health.

I bought Scotts 20-Inch Push Reel Mower last year in an effort to have a fume free, silent lawn mowing experience that is also environment friendly. I did find it a pleasant experience to mow the lawn with it without disturbing neighbors any time you feel like mowing. It does give good work out thereby doubling the benefits of exercise that is also without pollution. It’s 20 inch coverage means good cutting area requiring less parade around the lawn. It does present a bit of difficulty when weeds are out of control and on uneven terrains. Amazon has the best price on this item with free shipping. Over all, I am happy with the purchase.

My first remote control air plane toy was Aero Ace Biplane by Air Hogs which I bought for around $30 at Toys R Us. My son loves it and we both have lots of fun flying it. It runs on six AA batteries and the plane has on board battery that charges through connection to the control unit which carries the AA batteries for control as well as charging. A single charge gives about 10 minutes of flight time. Choose a day of the time that has less wind, so you may have better control on the plane.
