Not many people are aware that Stevia is a no calorie sweetener that does not raise the blood glucose levels. Native tribes of South America have been using it for centuries and Japanese have been using it for few decades. I have been using Stevia for couple of years now in sweetening my drinks.

After experimenting with different products, I found the following to be of better quality ones.

Stevia by Stevita Co

Spoonable Powder NO Calories NO Carbohydrates Extracted from the leaves of the Stevia plant with high concentrations of Steviosides and Rebaudiosides

I am assuming you are aware of the health benefits of Aloe Vera. Warren Laboratories George’s Aloe Vera is one of the Best in it’s category. It does not leave bitter after taste that is often found with other competitors. It’s close to drinking water and one can hardly notice that one is drinking Aloe Vera and not water.

Our preference is always to get the fresh vegetables and fruits and avoid canned versions as much as possible unless our research indicates that there are some good canned products that you can access throughout the year when there is an issue with the quality or excessive pricing of fresh ones.

Here is one such canned product that we use which are organic, diced and vine-ripened tomatoes from California’s Central Valley.

Muir Glen Organic Tomatoes
